Free help for people with disabilities
We provide free aids and services to help people with disabilities communicate effectively with us, such as qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats, including large print.
Free language assistance
We provide free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages. If you need these services, contact us at care@stepsofcare.com or (914) 677-2888.
How to file a grievance with us
If you believe we have failed to provide these services or have discriminated in another way, you can file a grievance with our Civil Rights Coordinator:
