How it works

Six steps from your first call to ongoing care.

Step 1

Initial Contact & Inquiry

Reach out by phone or through our online form. We listen to your story, answer your first questions, and explain how everything works.

Step 2

Insurance check

We contact your insurance plan for you, confirm your benefits, and explain your coverage in plain language.

Step 3

Initial Assessment

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) meets your family, spends time with your child, and listens to what matters most to you.

Step 4

Personalized Treatment Plan

Your BCBA builds a plan around your child's strengths, needs, and your family's priorities, then walks you through every part of it.

Step 5

Therapy Begins

Your child starts one-on-one sessions with a caring therapist at home, at school, in the community, or via telehealth.

Step 6

Ongoing Monitoring & Reassessment

We track progress at every session, review it regularly with you, and adjust the plan as your child grows and learns.
