Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 2026

Our commitment

Steps of Care ABA Services LLC wants every family to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of how we build and maintain the site, not an afterthought.

What we do to support accessibility

  • Semantic page structure: meaningful headings, landmarks, and labels that work with screen readers
  • Full keyboard navigability, so a mouse is never required
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Color combinations chosen for sufficient contrast between text and background
  • Layouts that adapt to mobile devices and stay usable when text is enlarged
  • Forms with clear, properly associated labels

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible, for example, content added recently that has not been through review. When we find a problem, or when someone reports one, we work to fix it promptly.

Tell us what isn't working

Your feedback genuinely helps. If you have trouble using any part of this website, please tell us which page you were on and what went wrong:

We will do our best to fix the issue quickly and, in the meantime, to get you the information you need another way.

Alternative formats

If you need any information from this website in an alternative format, such as large print or plain-text email, contact us and we will provide it free of charge.

Continuous improvement

This website changes as our practice grows, so we review it regularly against WCAG 2.1 AA and update this statement as our work continues.
